Yakov Perles is an Accounts Payable Specialist at Pegasus Asset Management, where he is responsible for processing and recording vendor invoices and ensuring the timely and accurate payment of company obligations. In this role, Yakov supports the firm's accounting operations by maintaining organized financial records and contributing to efficient internal controls.

Before joining Pegasus, Yakov worked as an intern at a property management firm, where he assisted with preparing journal entries and performing bank reconciliations. This experience provided him with a foundational understanding of accounting procedures and financial reporting within the real estate industry.

Yakov earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Marketing, from California State University, Northridge. A Los Angeles native, he currently resides in the Pico-Robertson area.
